Strategic Plans

For the past seven years, the Chapter has used strategic plans to focus on particular concerns or interests to improve the practice of family law in Minnesota. The strategic plan for 2008-2013 continues the Chapter’s focus on innovation and education:

• Our Mission is to create an intellectual, professional, and collegial environment which will prepare and inspire the transformation of family law.
• Our Vision is to reform the family law system statewide to encourage people to resolve their differences with as little financial and emotional cost as possible by maximizing innovative court processes and alternatives to litigation.
